Responsibilities
- Lead visual and experience design for high-impact web projects from concept through implementation.
- Translate complex business and product requirements into user-friendly, accessible web experiences.
- Collaborate with marketers, product managers, developers, and content teams to create cohesive web journeys.
- Drive usage of design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability.
- Champion UX best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG/AA).
- Guide user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and performance data to inform design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and content specialists to evolve the team’s skills and strategic approach.
- Contribute to development and refinement of UX/UI standards, design principles, and collaborative processes.
- Stay current on web design trends, tools, and innovations to push creative and technical boundaries.
