Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on automation and process optimization across the Americas.
- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and consolidation team.
- Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and support global consolidation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, JSox, and local statutory regulations.
- Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate with regional finance leaders and provide financial insights to senior leadership.
- Represent Americas in global finance initiatives and strategic planning.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- CPA or Chartered Accountant certification (required).
- Master’s degree preferred.
