Business Development Manager Trainee

Description

We are looking for our next Business Development Management Trainee to join our team representing our leasing and finance division. This is an exceptional opportunity to experience every aspect of our business firsthand. You’ll experience how the sales team is supported by our office roles and finish with a rotation in sales working alongside our Business Development Managers. This role will consist of about 12 months of rotations throughout our organization. If this sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to chat!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully complete training and gain understanding of each department within rotation including but not limited to Customer Service, Titles, Quality Control, Accounting, Dealership Truck Sales, Credit, Sales Support, and Business Development (Sales). 
  • Demonstrate competency in each department. 
  • Develop direct relationships with all customers. 
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers. 
  • Develop familiarity with all policies, products, and programs. 
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude. 
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Strong MS Excel skills and proficient with all Microsoft applications. 
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the changing market. 
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
