Senior Director, Revenue

Summary of This Role

Manages and implements the organization's Billing and Revenue strategy – across platforms and products - so outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position/competitiveness. Manages programs that include: analyzing and implementing precise pricing programs for merchants and partners to ensure the business meets revenue targets; ongoing support and maturing of existing pricing and billing  models; and trend reporting and analysis of pricing actions for all products and services.  

What Part Will You Play?

• Oversees the analytic validation, identification of business requirements, and successful implementation of multiple billing models  that are fiscally responsible and compliant with policy. Assists management and team with questions or requests around pricing changes and updates.

• Analyzes industry trends for revenue generating ideas.

• Partners with Finance and Accounting to ensure that all pricing and revenue efforts are tracked/reported accurately.    Forecasts revenue for business health.

• Partners with the reporting and analytics team to create/maintain/enhance revenue dashboards to better inform our business for key stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team.

• Leads a specialized revenue  team, with the ability to drive change quickly as business priorities change.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

• Related professional experience including a minimum of 10+  years experience preferred in a managerial position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Related field of study from an accredited university.

• Prior Global Payments, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.
