Purpose of Position:
Provides administrative support in the day to day operations of Human Resources. Focuses on recruitment and hiring practices as well as company performance and morale initiatives. Strives to be the best; stretches own capabilities to continuously improve. Sets a positive example for all staff. Examines existing processes and problems and continuously looks for ways to do things better. Maintains a high degree of ethics, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. Communicates honestly and confronts issues and problems as soon as they arise. Works cooperatively with other departments to achieve common goals. Demonstrates and promotes high standards for quality.

Requirements
Education, Qualifications, Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, and/or other related degrees preferred or previous experience in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and prevalent social media platforms.
