- Experience recruiting General Surgeons (10+ hires) in key U.S. markets.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like HireEZ, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, and Greenhouse ATS.
- Strong cold outreach and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and adept at working independently in remote settings.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage General Surgeons across targeted geographies.
- Identify and engage Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists where applicable.
- Utilize various channels including cold outreach, databases, job boards, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Manage candidate flow and communications through tracking tools and weekly updates.
- Screen candidates for clinical model and geographic fit.
- Maintain organized candidate tracking and team visibility.
- Represent UVVC professionally as the first point of contact for physicians.
