ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform dedicated to improving employee wellbeing globally. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage large client accounts and expand their wellbeing program adoption among enterprises, supporting their mission to make wellbeing universal.

Skills

  • Proven consultative selling skills in SaaS B2B market.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles longer than 90 days.
  • Strong ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with enterprise client environments (2,000–10,000 employees).
  • Experience with sales technology platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline collaborating with Marketing and BDR teams.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo to optimize sales efforts.
  • Educate clients on Wellhub’s impact and value on organizational wellbeing.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and update sales data in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate account transition to Client Success team post-sale.
  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Promote a wellbeing-focused, supportive workplace culture.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
