Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain internal HR compliance controls including wage laws and employment eligibility
- Manage I-9 compliance records and audits, migrating data in HRIS systems like Workday
- Oversee unemployment claims procedures and audit offboarding notices
- Support public company standards compliance including SOX and contribute to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits
- Conduct HRIS data audits and remediation per SOPs
- Lead employee document management and retention strategies
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks for multiple international locations
- Manage compliance vendors and coordinate global compliance training rollout
