Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist candidates with pre-employment assessments.
- Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR team to understand roles and update job descriptions.
- Create and post job advertisements on ATS and external platforms.
- Assist with offers, salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and onboarding facilitation.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide recruiting reports to managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
