Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, managing complex calendars and travel.
- Manage and prioritize schedules while resolving conflicts and maintaining executive time priorities.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders related to the executive office.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and events including venue, catering, and participants.
- Create agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up on initiatives.
- Assist with execution of special projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and edit presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials for executives.
- Handle expense reports and manage travel accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Education
- Relevant college-level education preferred.
