- Proficiency in advanced manufacturing tools including CAD, PLM, and MES.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for all technical and programmatic aspects of assigned composite assembly programs.
- Own program schedule, scope, and cost performance with detailed project planning and milestone tracking.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet program objectives.
- Provide technical direction and oversight from design through composite assembly delivery.
- Manage program risks, issues, changes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure technical solutions comply with customer and regulatory requirements while balancing cost and manufacturability.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and cross-team collaboration.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
