Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR, TriNet, Deel, CultureAmp, Greenhouse
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and dashboards
- Ability to use Google Workspace AI and automation tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Slack and employee intranet platforms such as Google Sites and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Assist in management and maintenance of HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Conduct audits and reviews of HR records to maintain compliance
- Support new hire onboarding including virtual orientation coordination
- Respond to People-Team tickets and assist with payroll and reporting
- Coordinate international employee relocations with immigration counsel
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed
