Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is seeking a Senior Manager for Executive Communications & Engagement to lead communications strategies for the CEO, enhance employee engagement, and develop impactful narratives.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include crafting strategic communication for internal and external audiences, leading executive engagement initiatives, and managing communication for various media and events.
Skills: Candidates should possess excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a background in executive-level writing and experience collaborating with C-suite executives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in executive communications and engagement management are preferred.
Location: Remote position available for candidates in the Continental United States, particularly on the East Coast.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $120,000.
Position Purpose
The Senior Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement, is a member of the Communications Department at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Executive Office & Communications and is responsible for developing and effectively managing internal and external messaging and communication strategies for the CEO.
The Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement will develop, execute and update executive engagement plans to include employee engagement, thought leadership and external opportunities. They will also partner with subject matter experts to develop narratives and key messages, collaborate with peers to create and execute program milestone communications plans and support other projects as needed.
Location: 100% Remote (Continental United States), Candidates located in the East Coast Time Zone (EST) Preferred
