- Strong technical leadership in systems architecture and integration, especially Salesforce and SaaS platforms.
- Experience implementing and evolving CRM, CPQ, billing, invoicing, and marketing attribution systems.
- Expertise in multi-touch attribution and marketing-to-sales data flow.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations for platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Intercom, Marketo.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and security best practices such as SOC 2 and PCI.
- Ability to architect scalable, flexible internal system solutions supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve internal platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and related SaaS tools.
- Drive technical foundation for CRM, CPQ, billing, invoicing, and payment integrations.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaign tracking and multi-touch attribution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable in-product customer self-service workflows via APIs.
- Design and implement workflow automation across Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Ensure seamless, secure data flow between internal systems and product environments.
- Establish governance best practices for data quality, access control, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead team growth, mentoring, and leadership for business systems engineers and administrators.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
