Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert for recruitment, hiring, and interviewing processes.
- Screen candidate resumes for qualification and job fit.
- Create competency- and behavioral-based interview questions aligned with company values.
- Review and score On-Demand Video Interviews.
- Conduct Face-to-Face Live Video and in-person interviews.
- Complete and document applicant scorecards after interviews.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to select candidates for offers.
- Support Talent Coordinators with logistical details of recruitment events.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of applicant information.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
