Recruitment Specialist (Special Needs) - Manhattan

AHRC New York City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for their Home Care division.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track applicants, maintain SmartRecruiter and other data tracking reports.
• Monitor and maintain Vacancy reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with posting vacant positions in SmartRecruiter.
• Review applicant resumes on SmartRecruiter and other job boards and recommend viable candidates to be interviewed.
• Assist with initial interviews of viable candidates in both in-office and at on-site job fair settings and recommend candidates to hiring manager.
• Conduct other recruiting activities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related area of Human Resources, with experience in staff recruiting operations highly preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with diverse populations and all levels of stakeholders within the agency.
• Ability to use a computer and perform tasks using MS Office applications required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks according to assigned deadlines.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
