Responsibilities
- Design and implement global employee compensation and benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), bonus programs, and wellness initiatives
- Build and maintain a global compensation structure with consistent grading, job titling, and incentive participation
- Enhance engagement through innovative and diverse rewards programs
- Prepare and analyze total rewards data and reports for executive management
- Communicate total rewards strategies clearly to employees and train managers accordingly
- Review and assess rewards program effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Stay current on industry practices and legal compliance related to compensation and benefits
- Conduct market research to ensure compensation competitiveness and internal consistency
- Lead administration of variable compensation and base salary programs
- Manage budget forecasts related to compensation, benefits, and policies in partnership with Finance
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and business partners for best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
