VP of Total Rewards

Cision is a global leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology, looking for a strategic VP of Total Rewards to lead our global compensation and benefits programs and partner with executive leadership to drive innovative, competitive, and engaging total rewards strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement global employee compensation and benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), bonus programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Build and maintain a global compensation structure with consistent grading, job titling, and incentive participation
  • Enhance engagement through innovative and diverse rewards programs
  • Prepare and analyze total rewards data and reports for executive management
  • Communicate total rewards strategies clearly to employees and train managers accordingly
  • Review and assess rewards program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Stay current on industry practices and legal compliance related to compensation and benefits
  • Conduct market research to ensure compensation competitiveness and internal consistency
  • Lead administration of variable compensation and base salary programs
  • Manage budget forecasts related to compensation, benefits, and policies in partnership with Finance
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and business partners for best practices

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
