Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics including pipeline health and win/loss analysis.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, GTM strategies, and sales methodologies like MEDDIC and BANT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex data.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity in evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional SE leadership to shape strategic direction and operational roadmap.
- Own business reviews, KPIs, and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights.
- Develop dashboards and data packs for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Translate business goals into scalable strategies and initiatives.
- Create and implement SOPs, best practices, and playbooks for SE activities.
- Track and report key performance indicators to evaluate team productivity and impact.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven proposals and recommendations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
