Enterprise Account Executive

Conductor is a leading Website Optimization & Intelligence platform used by top brands to enhance content, SEO, and website monitoring. They seek a proactive Enterprise Account Executive with strong SaaS sales experience to drive growth by managing high-value enterprise accounts.

Skills

  • Proven success in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales with complex sales cycle management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at executive levels
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with a process-driven approach
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • High emotional intelligence with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycle management from prospecting to closing with enterprise clients
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to advance strategic deals
  • Articulate value propositions and ROI to diverse stakeholders
  • Conduct needs analysis and deliver product demos and proposals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor landscape
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Conductor’s product suite

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
