Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a sharp, creative, and proactive Social Media & PR Manager to shape how the world sees us. You'll craft the narratives, start the conversations, and build the visibility that fuels our growth. You’ll be the voice behind the posts—and the pitch behind the press.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) that attract attention and generate qualified leads.
  • Build content that speaks to our core segments—from emerging owners to mid-market pros—while keeping messaging fast, smart, and on-brand.
  • Track what’s working. Cut what’s not. Optimize every post for growth and engagement.
  • Pitch and land stories that matter—announcements, partnerships, product news, and thought leadership.
  • Craft compelling CTAs and campaigns that drive traffic to lead-gen pages. Increase the volume and quality of leads generated from organic social channels. Analyze performance to optimize conversion strategies and content ROI.
  • Build strong media and influencer relationships in the proptech, real estate, and SMB spaces.
  • Own our PR calendar, press releases, and media kits. Plan and execute interviews, podcast appearances, and more.
  • Ensure every piece of content reflects DoorLoop’s tone: confident, clear, supportive, and modern.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain message consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Track brand awareness, sentiment, and earned media value. Use insights to guide decisions.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and CX teams to sync launches and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends. Share what’s coming next—and how we can lead it.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and public relations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multi-platform social media strategy for B2B, SaaS, or high-growth brands.
  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and social media growth.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms—consistently meeting deadlines and aligning with broader campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in growing social channels and increasing organic engagement (likes, comments, shares, and followers).
  • Creative thinker with experience designing interactive campaigns (e.g., polls, raffles, Q&As) that foster community participation and user-generated content.
  • Skilled in driving lead and MQL generation through organic social efforts by integrating CTAs, landing pages, and optimized conversion strategies.
  • Proficient in analytics and social tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Brandwatch, Sprout Social), with a strong track record of using data to measure ROI and improve performance.
  • Experienced in sentiment analysis and competitor monitoring to inform content strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice across public-facing interactions.
  • Adept at managing customer interactions on social platforms, including timely responses to comments and reviews, resolving issues, and escalating feedback when needed.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building engaged communities through strategic content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
