Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise sales processes from qualification to closing deals with large enterprises.
- Coach and recruit sales team members across SDR, AE, and Solutions engineering roles.
- Develop and refine sales qualification processes, playbooks, and strategies.
- Drive quarterly sales targets in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Demonstrate Ethyca’s Fides platform capabilities and new product features to clients.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to scope and solution client needs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing agreements, and manage negotiations with senior buyers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
