- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and adoption of Ethyca’s Fides platform
- Resolve technical issues and answer client questions related to product usage
- Train client teams on new features and regulatory guidance
- Collaborate with Sales, Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams to support clients
- Proactively educate clients on governance regulations and product updates
- Support multiple high-profile clients across various industries
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related field
