Are you interested in being a part of a fast growing, agile category management team that brings new smart, connected products to market? Moen’s Connected Smart Water team has new openings for a Group Product Manager based at our Global headquarters in Deerfield, Il.
The Group Product Manager will be instrumental in leading and executing product management for a portfolio of solutions within our Connected Products Business, part of the Moen Smart Water Network. The Group Product Manager leads a team of connected product managers. The Group Product Manager drives category growth through portfolio execution and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall Moen Smart Water business vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry/user and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that business priorities are aligned with overall strategy.
This role manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely with commercial functions, project, engineering development and supply chain teams to ensure business value is maximized. Group Product Managers will be accountable for their category revenue growth, product portfolio optimization and portfolio growth strategy, and for specific business OKRs based on their product portfolio needs.
POSITION LOCATION:
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with work performed in Deerfield, Illinois (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $192,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
