About the Role:

GC America, a leading global manufacturer of world-class professional dental consumable materials, is launching a brand-new Inside Sales Division and we’re looking for hungry, passionate Inside Sales Representatives to help us grow! If you love learning how improved oral health improves quality of life, connecting with new potential customers, re-engaging existing accounts, and uncovering opportunities within dormant accounts and are energized by a high-volume outbound calling environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact and accelerate your career in a fun, goal-oriented sales culture. You’ll be busy, making outbound calls every day to dental practices across the U.S., introducing GC America’s innovative, high-quality dental consumable products, and helping customers grow their practices. You’ll follow proven KPIs, collaborate with marketing and field sales, and take ownership of your success, all while contributing to a fun and competitive team culture for a company that will celebrate 105 years in business next year! You will work focused on an assigned territory, collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Reps to maximize field coverage and ensure a seamless team approach to customer engagement.

This role can also be a launching pad. Successful Inside Sales Reps can move into field sales, leadership, marketing, or other career paths within GC America. We’re growing, we’re global and we’re focused on bringing the best quality dental materials to patients nationwide!

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive outbound calling, prospect new and existing customers, re-engage existing accounts, and revitalize dormant accounts to close new business
  • Learn and passionately sell GC America’s portfolio of dental consumable products to dentists and dental teams, including office managers and dental hygienists
  • Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships that provide value and drive loyalty
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Actively use our Salesforce CRM, track all activities, manage pipeline, and leverage data to drive results
  • Collaborate with field sales reps to support territory execution, maximize coverage, and ensure alignment between field and inside sales teams
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns and lead conversions
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, competitive team environment
  • Join our annual National Sales Meeting for an exciting off-site educational and celebratory experience as we recognize top performers and plan for the future!

Performance & KPI Highlights:

  • Conduct 40–50 outbound calls daily to drive pipeline and sales opportunities
  • Maintain a consistent volume of quality conversations with dental practices
  • Book 10–15 qualified meetings/demos per week
  • Monitor conversion metrics: Call-to-Connect, Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Deal
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and manage pipeline velocity
  • 100% compliance with CRM usage, all calls, meetings, and updates logged in Salesforce daily

Requirements

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience and/or Training Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or a related role.

Technology/Equipment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), Familiarity with CRM systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience and/or Training 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B or healthcare-related environment. Experience managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and converting prospects to customers.

Technology/Equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred. Experience conducting virtual meetings or product demos via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
