Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational support including preparing quotations, placing orders, and coordinating payments.
- Manage contract processes including review, approval, signing, and document archiving.
- Engage in customer management and coordinate onsite visits and audits.
- Collaborate across departments such as BD/Sales, production, logistics, finance to optimize Lead-to-Cash workflows.
- Work with Marketing and IT to ensure system platform performance and propose improvements.
- Prepare commercial data reports and manage knowledge centrally on Confluence.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields.
