A Little More About The role:
Gravie is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis during our busiest season and help us navigate a high volume of hiring in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support a variety of roles across the organization—from high-volume temporary positions to strategic, mid - senior level hires. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, provide a seamless candidate experience, and help ensure we bring on the right talent to support Gravie’s mission during a critical period of growth.
This is a temporary position with a goal start date by the end of July and anticipated to last through October. Pay for this role is $45 - 55/hour.
You will:
● Be responsible for the hiring process of a variety of roles from high volume temps to experienced positions by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
● Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates
● Develop, implement, and nurture effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates
● Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies
● Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums
● Identify and recruit top talent using LinkedIn, social media, recruiting platforms and other networks.
● Screen candidate resumes and conduct experiential and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, leadership competencies and values alignment.
● Use Gravie’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track recruiting activity, identify opportunities to leverage automation, improve efficiency, and serve as the internal ATS subject matter expert.
● Be the key contact for candidates and build influential relationships during the interview process.
● Enthusiastically represent Gravie in the talent market and build a pipeline of talent eager to join our team.
● Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
● 3-5 years of experience as a High-Volume Recruiter or a similar role
● Strong sourcing capabilities
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
● Knowledge of employment laws
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational skills and an innate sense of urgency
● Adaptability to help with new roles and challenges as they come up in a fast paced environment
