We're hiring a Remote US Recruiter to join our growing team and take ownership of our entire candidate pipeline. You'll be the face of our leadership team—sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, managing interview scheduling, and representing our founders directly—all while ensuring every candidate receives a polished, professional experience through our Ashby recruiting platform.

✅ What You'll Be Doing

• Source and identify top candidates on LinkedIn based on specific criteria from hiring managers
• Manage the complete interview process—scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring seamless candidate flow
• Represent Alex and Ryan directly when reaching out to candidates through their LinkedIn accounts
• Maintain our Ashby recruiting platform with meticulous attention to detail and candidate pipeline management
• Send timely candidate follow-ups and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks
• Adapt sourcing strategies quickly based on hiring manager feedback and calibration sessions
• Proactively identify process improvements and take initiative to enhance candidate experience

1. Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions
2. Video Introduction - Record a brief one-way video introduction to showcase your communication skills
3. Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable)
4. Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team
5. Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment
6. Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting
7. Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team

🌟 Who You Are

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition for US or global markets
• Exceptional English fluency—you'll represent our founders, so polished communication is essential
• Extremely detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Quick learner who can rapidly adjust search criteria and sourcing strategies based on feedback
• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of successful candidate placement
• Proactive mindset with bias for action—you see what needs to be done and do it
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Nice to have: Experience with Ashby ATS and willingness to work EST business hours
