Otterbein SeniorLife is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality senior living through diverse housing and care services. They seek a Sales and Marketing Director to lead marketing, sales, and communications efforts to meet occupancy and sales goals, focusing on relationship-building and strategic outreach.

Skills

  • Proven sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong strategic and tactical sales planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening.
  • Customer service orientation and good judgment.
  • Detail oriented with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed marketing and sales plans inclusive of sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Manage sales funnels, lead generation, and demand development activities for independent and assisted living.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and critical success factors including outbound calls, appointments, and tours.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, open houses, and public functions.
  • Represent Otterbein at community events and senior-focused meetings.
  • Conduct tours and home visits for prospective residents and families.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the unique selling proposition and community satisfaction.
  • Maintain and analyze CRM data to drive sales results and resident engagement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
