Creative Manager

IPG Mediabrands is a global leader in media and marketing solutions seeking a Creative Manager to lead the flawless execution of ad campaigns, serve as a key liaison among clients and vendors, and champion client interests through critical thinking and process optimization.

Skills

  • Project management experience within media or creative services.
  • Understanding of ad trafficking, creative formats, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze vendor proposals and translate them into creative deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively both independently and at team level.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee flawless execution of all ad campaigns in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
  • Serve as escalation point between media agency, vendors, clients, and creative teams for campaign execution.
  • Prepare campaign-specific creative deliverables including specs, timelines, and reference materials.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to integrate client strategies into creative execution.
  • Provide clear recommendations and informed points of view for client and internal decision-making.
  • Create and update campaign status documents to communicate progress and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration across teams.
  • Build positive vendor relationships to support agency and client interests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on in-market ad products and share insights internally.

Education

  • Relevant professional experience in advertising or related field (4+ years).
