Junior Account Executive

Rapport, an Out of Home media agency within IPG Mediabrands, seeks a Junior Account Executive eager to learn and support the Account Management team in navigating the evolving OOH media landscape.

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize research, planning, and buying tools daily
  • Develop understanding of Media Math and media planning metrics such as impressions, TRPs, Reach, Frequency, CPMs, and CPPs
  • Prepare and maintain weekly status and competitive reports for clients
  • Attend vendor meetings and become knowledgeable about OOH formats
  • Assist Account Management with proposals including PowerPoint decks and Excel spreadsheets
  • Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and compile proof of performance documents
  • Schedule client calls and meetings as needed
  • Stay informed of all Mediabrands SBUs and their expertise areas
