Senior Account Executive (AI Factory Solutions)

Phaidra is innovating industrial automation with AI-powered control systems that enable facilities to learn and optimize over time. They seek a Senior Account Executive experienced in enterprise software sales to drive adoption of their AI Factory solutions in large enterprise and data center markets, focusing on value-based selling and strategic account management.

Skills

  • 7+ years proven success in enterprise software sales with complex deals and quota achievement
  • Consultative selling skills and experience commercializing disruptive technologies
  • Understanding of industrial sector operations and organizational structures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present compelling solutions
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to adapt and address customer skepticism in fast-evolving markets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting large enterprise customers and data center operators
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, building and managing a robust pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Articulate Phaidra’s unique value proposition demonstrating business benefits such as energy efficiency and cost reduction
  • Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Lead contract negotiations to close mutually beneficial agreements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI factory developments
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance indicators

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Bachelor of Engineering
