Position Summary:
The Human Resourced team of Rice University is seeking a HR Records Analyst to analyze Human Resources transactions for correctness and enter new or changed information into the HR Information System. This position will work closely with department administrators/Human Capital Management Initiators (HCMIs), Payroll, Benefits, and other campus partners to resolve issues and advise on routine Human Resources record/data questions.
In addition, the HR Records Analyst will maintain/organize personnel transactions to ensure current and accurate employee fields, assist in regular data audit projects, and provide metrics on employment data.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities, coupled with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Team collaboration is crucial for success in this position. Workplace Requirements: For the first six months, this position will be fully on-site, with all duties performed in person at Rice University. In accordance with Rice Policy 440, all work arrangements are subject to change.
Hourly Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 to $21.00
