Responsibilities
- Oversee and process bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees across 22+ states ensuring compliance with tax and wage laws
- Administer and lead benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness, and leave administration
- Serve as the primary resource for payroll and benefits inquiries, maintaining vendor relationships and documentation
- Support compliance audits, prepare tax filings, and manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Partner with Finance and People leadership on compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Maintain and improve payroll and benefits processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory adherence
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management or related field preferred
