Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials and communications to ensure compliance with consumer protection and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance and implement marketing & communications review guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train teams on crypto regulations, policies, procedures, support and sales practices, and supervision.
- Provide support on the asset review process.
- Assist with regulatory filings, examinations, and inquiries.
Education
- Typically requires bachelor's degree relevant to finance, compliance, or related fields.
