Account Manager, Enterprise - job 1 of 2

Showpad is a leading sales enablement platform empowering revenue teams through innovative training, coaching, and content solutions. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive hyper growth across strategic customer accounts with an emphasis on revenue targets, client relationship building, and cross-team collaboration.

Skills

  • Proven software sales expertise with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to sell to C-level executives and lead complex RFPs
  • Strong verbal and numerical presentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating internationally
  • Demonstrated capability in account start-up, transfer, and operational management
  • Strong research, networking, and prospecting capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Provide timely and accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting
  • Organize meetings with key stakeholders to pitch Showpad's sales enablement platform
  • Drive creation of high-quality sales collateral tailored to customer accounts
  • Manage lead generation plans executed by dedicated BDRs
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and chessboards for key accounts
  • Collaborate with clients on promoting product capabilities via joint events and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and SLAs aligned with company objectives
  • Leverage organizational resources to support the sales process
  • Indirectly lead a technical and customer success support team
  • Ensure internal alignment on client needs across departments
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong numerical skills
