YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  

• You develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and meet business goals in the U.S. market
• You lead day-to-day communication with the external social media agency to ensure aligned execution
• You create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• You monitor trends, competitors, and community activity to inform content and engagement strategies
• You own influencer strategy and relationships, while actively engaging with the online community
• You analyze performance data and collaborate with global marketing to optimize campaigns and maintain brand consistency

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on the U.S. market
• Education You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. You are authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now, or in the future
• Technical Proficiency You have proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth and are proficient with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
• Soft Skills You excel in social media platforms, project management tools, and communication, bringing keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to Excellence You are a creative thinker and can generate innovative content ideas. You can work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
