Executive Assistant
The Boutique COO supports business owners and founders and is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work with team leadership.
We’re seeking a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage the daily administrative tasks and help streamline operations as we rapidly expand!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to an executive, managing schedules, emails, and communications.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Complete a variety of virtual assistant tasks including project management, research projects, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and staff, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
This position is remote, with flexible hours starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow up to 40 hours per week as the business evolves.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other managerial positions.
- Associates degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
- Reliable access to a computer and internet.
