Strategic Account Executive - job 1 of 3

Twilio is a leading cloud communications platform that empowers developers and businesses to create personalized customer experiences. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive for their High Tech vertical to manage and grow key accounts through strategic sales and consultative engagement.

Skills

  • Proven experience in strategic sales of complex technical solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work with technical and business leaders effectively.
  • Data-driven account development and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, Tableau, G-Suite, and Gong.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically expand High Tech customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Conduct consultative sales cycles with deep discovery of customer needs.
  • Map customer technical requirements to Twilio’s API platform solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, partners, and support.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and provide guidance to executive management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
