About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive NYC-based Operations Coordinator to support our People, Finance, and Office functions. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across payroll, onboarding, compliance, employee experience, and office logistics.

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and equipment logistics
• Maintain compliance workflows and track leave documentation
• Assist with employee recognition programs
• Assist with travel logistics, offsite support, and expense documentation
• Oversee snack ordering and light office coordination in NYC
• Tackle ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks

• 2+ years of experience in People Ops, HR coordination, or a similar operations role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working cross-functionally and juggling multiple systems or tools
• Proactive communicator with a service-oriented mindset
• Enthusiasm for supporting teams and improving internal processes

• Familiarity with Gusto, Deel, HRIS tools (e.g. Rippling, Gusto), and DocuSign
• Comfortable navigating various tools and systems to support operations and administrative tasks
• Bonus: experience supporting payroll, employee travel, or expense management

Pay: $30-40/hour

Hours: Up to 20 hours to start

In office: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
