Customer Success Manager II, Global Strategic

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform known for its innovative team culture and rapid global growth. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager II to join their Global Strategic team to manage large group accounts, drive renewals, adoption, and advocacy while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for assigned customers within larger groups
  • Serve as the customers’ main contact and trusted advisor at Braze
  • Partner with Strategic CSMs and Account Executives for commercial alignment and superior customer experience
  • Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance to drive feature adoption
  • Highlight Braze’s value to customers and drive strong customer advocacy
  • Analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks regarding account health
  • Maintain regular communication including check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews
  • Advocate for customers by providing product feedback to Braze’s product teams
  • Educate customers to maximize product usage and identify upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and onboarding transition
  • Possibly spend onsite time with customers and travel internationally as needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not strictly required
