Product Marketing Manager, Consumer

Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company focused on creating flexible rent payment solutions. We seek a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption by deeply understanding consumer needs and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skills

  • 5-7+ years in consumer product marketing.
  • Experience launching multi-channel campaigns across web, app, email, and push notifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business questions into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate results effectively.
  • Experience crafting and optimizing transactional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for consumer products aligning with business goals.
  • Conduct consumer research to inform product positioning, messaging, and feature prioritization.
  • Create and optimize transactional messages such as emails, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, Analytics, and Growth teams for campaign development.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess adoption and refine messaging strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
