SuperDial is an early-stage AI startup revolutionizing healthcare revenue cycle management. We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Associate (Contractor) to help drive brand visibility, support high-impact events, and execute marketing campaigns across channels.
You’ll work closely with the Growth Lead to coordinate field marketing initiatives, build outbound workflows, and manage our digital presence. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build in public alongside a sharp, mission-driven team.
About the Role:
Events & Field Marketing
Own end-to-end logistics for conferences, dinners, happy hours, and other in-person events
Manage timelines, swag, booth materials, signage, travel, and vendor coordination
Partner with sales to support pre-event prep and post-event follow-up
Email Marketing
Create and manage nurture sequences, newsletters, and other outbound marketing campaigns
Grow and maintain our email subscriber base
Monitor performance and iterate on messaging and targeting
Social Marketing
Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for the SuperDial brand and executive team
Repurpose internal content (blog posts, events, media) and engage with relevant third-party posts
Track engagement and optimize copy and cadence
About You:
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or go-to-market roles (healthtech SaaS a big plus)
Proven field marketing or event coordination experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects at once
Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline execution
Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
