Responsibilities

- Coordinate notes, follow-ups, and track action items to ensure execution.
- Act as a culture ambassador fostering team motivation and engagement in a remote setting.
- Arrange international and domestic travel logistics and manage executive expenses.
- Organize strategy offsites, company-wide and team activities.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate productively within a remote team of Executive Assistants.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
