Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including crafting job descriptions and maintaining the ATS.
- Organize candidate data in internal databases and coordinate candidate touch points, including status updates and interview scheduling.
- Manage communication with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines and priorities to accomplish tasks timely and with high quality.
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions.
- Seek innovative ways to improve recruiting processes and apply new ideas.
