Talent Acquisition Coordinator

MiQ is a global programmatic media partner leveraging data, technology, and AI to drive marketing decisions. They are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruiting team with administrative tasks, candidate communications, and scheduling in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Skills

  • Experience with resume databases and ATS systems (Greenhouse and Workday a plus).
  • Proficiency with professional platforms and social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, technologies, and advertising techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including crafting job descriptions and maintaining the ATS.
  • Organize candidate data in internal databases and coordinate candidate touch points, including status updates and interview scheduling.
  • Manage communication with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage deadlines and priorities to accomplish tasks timely and with high quality.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Seek innovative ways to improve recruiting processes and apply new ideas.
