Sales Director, Life Science Accounts

Owkin is an AI company focused on accelerating biological discovery by leveraging cutting-edge agentic AI technology. The Sales Director for Life Science Accounts will lead high-impact commercial engagements with biotech and life science customers, managing the end-to-end sales cycle to drive growth and advance AI applications in drug discovery and development.

Skills

  • Enterprise B2B sales expertise, especially in SaaS or digital platforms applied to life sciences or healthcare.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and value articulation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Strategic thinking with a high level of commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure and account expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with scientific, business development, and innovation stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and demos to articulate Owkin’s value proposition.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations in collaboration with legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Identify and nurture internal champions to support long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline data.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales and Product teams to scope and implement feasible solutions.
  • Provide field intelligence to refine sales positioning and commercial playbooks.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, life sciences, or related fields.
